Juices and drinks

Apple, grape, pear and apricot juices, drink mixtures (sugar-free) and fruit teas (not mint).

Fruits

Banana, peach (medium), strawberries (small), apple (small), papaya, pear (large), watermelon and grapes (small)

Proteins

Birds: turkey or chicken (skinless), fish, white cheese, turkey ham, egg whites, cooked fresh ham, pork or veal chop, beef, ground meat, tuna and pork tenderloin

Starches

White bread, bread (reduced in calories), pita (medium), omelette (6 inches diameter), white rice, oats, inflated cereal, cereals (sugar-free) and pastas/noodles

Vegetables

Zapallo or pumpkin, sweet potato or sweet potato, corn, cassava, mashed potato, green banana and baked potato

Snacks

Popcorn (low fat), animal biscuits and pretzels

Dairy

Skim milk, milk (with 1% fat), evaporated milk (fat-free), milk powder (fat-free)

Vegetables

Celery, aubergine, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, chayote, asparagus, spinach, cucumber, sweet chilli, peppers (green or red), radishes, lettuce, carrots and zapallito

Fats

Olive oil, canola and peanuts, black and green olives, avocado, peanut butter, nuts, almonds and peanuts.

Seasonings

Oregano, spices and dried fresh herbs

Others

Gelatin (sugar-free), jelly (sugar-free) and sugar substitutes

Citrus, e.g. Lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, orange or juice of any citrus 

Protein

Fried or breaded meats, e.g. fried chicken, Nuggets, spicy chicken wings or fried fish

Starches

Chocolate or any dessert with chocolate, pastries, cakes, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, coconut, candied stuffed with cream or walnuts, creamy pastas, doughnuts, stuffed breads, croissant, pizza paste, mixed rice or granola cereals, fries or toasted potatoes

Vegetables

Tomato sauces, creams or tomato soups, vegetables or canned vegetable juices

Dairy

Ice cream, yellow cheeses, whole milk or chocolate milk shakes

Fats

Butter, sweet cream, creamy sauces, dressings, bacon, regular cream cheese or seeds

Others

Mint, soda, mustard, pepper, onion, garlic, herbs and spices in tomato sauce, jalapeño chili, vinegar, carbonated beverages, mint tea, regular coffee or alcoholic beverages
